Tell USDA:
Don't Repeal the Roadless Rule
Neary 45 million acres of undeveloped national forests are at risk—and we have until only October 6 to speak out.
For 25 years, the Roadless Rule has helped keep roads and development out of our nation’s most intact forests, keeping waterways clean, wildlife habitat connected, and wild places protected for future generations.
But now, the forest service has proposed repealing the rule entirely. This is not a minor policy change. It would dismantle nationwide safeguards, open millions of acres of national forests to new roads and development, and prioritize resource extraction above forests, water, wildlife, and local communities.
Submit your comment today and urge the forest service not to repeal the Roadless Rule!
